Eligibility & Timeframes

You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days from your order date. If items are defective / damaged or lost in transit, I will be happy to replace them with like-valued items or refund the item.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of initiating a return to receive a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund. All that I ask is the following so I can communicate better with the manufacturer about what went wrong:

  • Photographic evidence of defect / damage.
  • A clear written description of defect / damage.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you decide to return an item due to buyer’s remorse:

  • Refunds will be issued for the amount paid once the product has been returned.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Defective/Damaged: You cover return shipping.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: You cover return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive your returned item.
